There was much to like about Ana’s place, starting with Ana herself, who was responsive, helpful, and offered detailed instructions. The location was lovely, with a great view of the lagoon from the small balcony. The apartment was clean and we were pleased with most of our experience. A few things to be aware of, though. First, it’s in the listing but we didn’t see it at first and you might not either: check-in is not until 5:00 unless you make special arrangements. We didn’t see this and wished we’d made such arrangements. Second, the bed has no top sheet and no standard sized pillows. Only throw pillows of the sort one finds on a couch. Not very comfortable or sanitary. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

Foi uma reserva de última hora e a Ana foi absolutamente inexcedível desde o primeiro minuto. O espaço é excelente, acolhedor e a zona é incrível, mesmo à beira da Ria. Recomendo vivamente!

It was very clean and well appointed. It’s doesn’t have a/c or heating so we were a little chilly but they did have blankets! Nothing we didn’t like

What a wonderful place! Right on the promenade,, near the ferry, restaurants right there, lots of free parking (in October). It was spacious and pleasant, really nice to have both a clothes washer and a dryer. Just delightful! Host is so friendly and thoughtful. The bakery she recommended was excellent! Can’t do better than this. 💚

Ana's Jacintos house it's a great finding, very comfortable, very clean and well equipped.
The location is peaceful with a beautiful sea view from the balcony, lots of nearby places to go as beaches and natural parks, a truly wonderful experience.
we certainly would return to enjoy it a bit more if it again !

We had to catch a ferry from main land Aveiro which is very quick 15 mins journey the apartment is well placed next to restaurants/ coffee shops but quiet it's very clean and comfortable every thing you need is there.Highly recommend.. No outside space but coffee shops next door and beach not far away .

- Instructions limpides
- Arrivée facile et rapide (hors saison, d'après notre expérience).
- Réactive (message dans le quart d'heure en général)
- Appartement niquel, on peut y manger par terre!
- Petites attentions qui font plaisir (merci pour le sel de mer!)
- Confort total avec une anticipation sur place.
- Emplacement magnifique : a proximité du lieu de pêche pour les pratiquants, et à seulement 20 min à pied (donc 5 en voiture) pour accéder à une plage magnifique et sauvage.
- Restaurant et comodités à proximité. Magasin de pêche présent pour les ferrues
- Un ferry propose d'embarquer des véhicules à bord, l'emplacement géographique étant exceptionnel.
Les - :
Comme l'indique très bien Ana, le logement est situé sur un lagon. Il faut compter 1 heure en voiture pour rejoindre Aveiro. (Nous le savions, et cela ne nous a pas dérangé). Une seule route permet le passage. A tenir compte dans votre organisation!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much, Ana, for hosting us! The apartment is spacious and clean and in a very calm and tranquil place. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and have such a quiet holiday. I very very highly recommend -- Sao Jacinto is a beautiful place that does not feel overrun by high-end tourism, and Ana's flat is a perfect place to stay!

Si hubiera un anuncio modélico para describir este lugar, sin duda sería el de Ana. Todo es tal cual se anuncia: un alojamiento limpio, bien equipado, decorado con gusto y con todo tipo de facilidades. La ubicación es ideal para una estancia tranquila sin sobresaltos y la anfitriona facilita en todo momento información en tiempo real sobre la estancia.
El lugar es tranquilo y acogedor, ideal para unas vacaciones alejados del ruido y en un enclave agradable. Ana respondió a todo tipo de dudas al momento y gestionó todo sin incidencias de ningún tipo.
Repetiríamos puesto que es el tipo de alojamiento que se anuncia sin ningún tipo de sorpresa desagradable, más bien todo lo contrario, además de económico.

Best place to stay in Sao Jacinto if you want a calm, lovely escapade from big towns.
Flat is super confortable and has every thing you need.
